Mission
Phoenix Residential Services provides an environment that maximizes the social and psychological growth of the Individuals in our homes. We aim to deliver care in the least restrictive environment possible. We assist each Individual in their daily living skills, teaching and guiding in accordance with their Individual Plan of Services (IPOS). We provide transportation assistance to allow our Individuals access to community activities and job skill programs. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers and providing social inclusion.

The Corporation is owned by the Leonard Family since 1972, formed by Demetra and Charles Leonard Sr. The organization is currently under the direction of Charles Leonard Jr. The Leonard's have been Home Providers in South East Michigan for more than 50 years. Our focus is enriching our community, providing employment, and increased opportunity to those in need.
